SUCO dorms are open for eight and a half months; our apartments are open for twelve months.
Our prices are one bedroom per person. Students should therefore compare our prices to SUCO singles. Couples can share a single bedroom, which is considerably cheaper than a double on campus.
When living off campus, students do not need an on-campus meal plan, which is required for living on campus. This raises the actual price by thousands of dollars.
